Orders placed through our website may be cancelled within 24 hours by sending us an email request.
Customers may check and return their parcels while the delivery agent is present. Returns will not be accepted after the agent leaves.
We accept returns or exchanges only on unlit candles in their original packaging and condition. A photo must be submitted via our official Facebook or Instagram pages along with the order ID. If you change your mind after requesting a return, you will be responsible for delivery charges both ways.
Custom-made orders are not eligible for return, refund, or cancellation. Any advance paid is non-refundable.
